Market intelligence is crucial to long-term legacy protection.
And it’s Forté’s working relationship with your organization’s Board that makes this market intelligence meaningful.
Your Forté Team
Every Non-Profit client is assigned a private account manager and one or more principal investment managers. And you have access to all of Forté’s professional staff resources for service and investment issues.
Once you’ve confirmed Forté as your independent investment advisor, we initiate a discovery process which includes questionnaires, meetings, evaluation and reporting back.
Through this process we learn about your organization’s history, track-record and future vision. After clarifying your objectives, we either produce a new Investment Policy Statement or update your current IPS.
Ongoing Active Investment Management
Every Non-Profit client benefits from Fortés analytical process which uses the firm’s ongoing analysis and benchmarking to inform any changes in your organization’s portfolio, within the parameters established in your Investment Policy Statement.
Ongoing Active Relationship Management
Forté also conducts face-to-face portfolio review meetings twice a year (or more, if requested). During these meetings, we review:
- Current and anticipated economic and market conditions
- Changes to asset allocations and specific investments
- Investment performance compared to agreed upon benchmarks
- Changes in your organization’s finances or spending requirements
Of course, the Forté team welcomes opportunities to answer questions and assist in any way we can, at any time during the fiscal year.
